An important part of Architectural practice should be models and drawings done by hand. The aesthetic quality as well as the valuable development of this process seems invaluable. If only time allowed greater time for hand drawings and models.

One solution for adding more tracks and increased pedestrian flows is to separated tracks to various levels and use these levels to separate pedestrian traffic allowing greater circulation

Distributing the program in suspended volumes clears the track level and uses 6 core structures to support 8 program volumes all allowing a smaller foot print and relaying on balanced and counter balanced mass.
