Continued to develop 3A project into a state in which it could be beyond a doubt buildable. This project was chosen instead of the other teammates projects as the result of the already heavily developed state.

ADA was initially already considered in 3a. Further development was taken to ensure and document ADA compliance. The Chunk shows all the building components and relevant details are called out as well as systems.

Details were developed for the unit cabinets that are hung on custom laminated glass. Guard/ Hand Rail detail also shows structure moment joint connection that separates entire building into four separated structures.
